Strategic Futuring changed my life as a graduate student in Organizational Leadership. I'm proof the process works. 

Eighteen years ago, I was a young woman just starting my career and trying to find my path. One graduate class session gave me the clarity I was looking for.   • I have never heard of Strategic Futuring, is this something new?

    No, in fact, Strategic Futuring has a rich history! Ray Rood, the founder of The Genysys Group and creator of Strategic Futuring, started using this with his graduate students in the 1980s. It’s grounded in social and human development theory. Hundreds of Ray’s students and clients have experienced the power of this process over decades. Strategic Futuring is based in theory, with numerous living examples.

  • How do I know this will work for me?

    Strategic Futuring is a proven process that hundreds of people have learned and now use to plan their lives and achieve their goals. The truth is, as with most things in life, “it works if you work it.” It was specifically designed to be a clear, step by step process that identifies and enlists support along the way and nearly everyone who has completed Strategic Futuring has found it to be valuable and transformative. We believe you will too!

  • How much time outside of the sessions will this class take?

    That is really up to you. Strategic Futuring is a mindset shift. The “homework” is presented strategically and thoughtfully to help you get the most out of your experience. That being said, it shouldn’t take more than an hour for each session, but you may find yourself considering the questions and assignments for longer!
